Milwin Terms and Conditions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply wherever these terms are used:

• "Milwin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the milwin.click platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the Milwin website accessible at milwin.click, including all pages, games, betting markets, and account management tools.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Milwin platform or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a player on the Milwin platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a player's Milwin account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by Milwin that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all Milwin transactions are denominated.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means the payment channels authorised by Milwin for deposits and withdrawals, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.

To register and maintain an active account on Milwin, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Milwin enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age at any point will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and deposits returned where possible.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register player accounts on Milwin.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or officer of Milwin, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform, including through a formal self-exclusion request submitted to Milwin. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to open new accounts are in breach of these Terms.

Milwin reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until the documentation is received and verified.

Registration on Milwin requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. All details submitted at registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment information — must be truthful and belong to you personally.

One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold only one active Milwin account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts identified as belonging to the same individual will all be closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.

• Your registered mobile number must be a valid Pakistani mobile number in active use by you.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Milwin account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify Milwin immediately via support@milwin.click if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Milwin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not provide it to anyone claiming to represent Milwin through unsolicited contact.
• Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by anyone who accesses your account — is your responsibility, unless you have previously notified Milwin of unauthorised access in accordance with these Terms.

All financial transactions on the Milwin platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Milwin does not accept deposits in foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion of any kind.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500
• Approved deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Milwin charges no fees on deposits made through any approved method. Your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside Milwin's control.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Milwin account within 60 seconds. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact Milwin support with your transaction reference number.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned where possible.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Milwin charges no fees on standard withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash. Processing fees may apply to certain bank transfer withdrawal amounts.
• The majority of Milwin withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted. In cases requiring manual review, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Milwin reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in withdrawal amounts.

All bets placed on Milwin are final once confirmed. Players should review their bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. Milwin will not reverse confirmed bets under normal circumstances.

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 on most game and betting types. Certain markets or game variants may have higher minimums as stated in the relevant game interface.
• Maximum bet: Varies by game type, market, and player account history. Maximum limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to any additional restrictions associated with the relevant bonus promotion.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or incorrect odds publication, Milwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both pre-match and in-play betting markets.
• For sports betting: if an event is cancelled or not completed within the timeframe specified by Milwin's sportsbook rules, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• For live casino games: the outcome determined by the live dealer or game equipment at the close of each round is final. Technical disconnections during live game rounds do not automatically void settled results.
• Milwin's specific sportsbook rules — covering void conditions, settlement procedures, and special market rules — are published within the sportsbook section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Milwin offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific conditions stated on the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded at Milwin's sole discretion and may be modified, withdrawn, or suspended at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement first.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires Rs 25,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots and crash games contribute 100%, while live casino games such as Teen Patti, Baccarat, and Roulette contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates are stated on each promotion's specific terms page.
• Milwin reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and winnings if it has reason to believe that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or in conjunction with prohibited conduct.
• The maximum withdrawal from a single bonus promotion may be capped at a stated amount. Winnings exceeding this cap derived from bonus play will not be transferable to the real-money balance.

Players may request closure of their Milwin account at any time by contacting support@milwin.click. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

Milwin-Initiated Closure or Suspension: Milwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that eligibility criteria — including minimum age — were not met at the time of registration or have since ceased to be met.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• A formal self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or by a third party with documented authority to act on the account holder's behalf.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to closure at Milwin's discretion, with remaining balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold returned to the registered payment method.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms rather than at the player's own request, Milwin reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play at the time of closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Milwin platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or under false or borrowed identities.
• Bonus abuse: Using any method to claim bonuses in excess of what is legitimately permitted under the applicable promotion terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or coordinated activity with other players.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in live table games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, miscalculated odds, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the Milwin platform for money laundering, fund placement, or any financial crime. All suspicious financial activity is monitored and reported to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider against a legitimate Milwin deposit. Accounts where chargebacks are initiated will be suspended pending investigation.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, using another person's payment method, or impersonating any individual or entity.

Milwin collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration, verification, and payment processing procedures. By registering on Milwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Milwin uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to protect data transmitted between your device and Milwin's servers.
• Milwin does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Payment credentials are never stored directly by Milwin — all transaction processing is handled through secure, regulated payment gateways.
• Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement where legally required.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Milwin content for commercial purposes without express written authorisation from Milwin.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically extract data from the Milwin platform.
• Game content provided by third-party providers on the Milwin platform is owned by the respective providers and subject to their own intellectual property protections.
• Using the Milwin platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any content accessed through it.

Milwin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely free from technical errors.

• Milwin is not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, technical interruptions, or events beyond Milwin's reasonable control including internet service failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Milwin is not responsible for telecommunications or internet costs incurred by players in accessing the platform.
• Betting and gaming involve inherent financial risk. Milwin does not guarantee that players will make a profit from using the platform. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes.
• Milwin's maximum liability to any individual player in relation to any single event or series of related events is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Milwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. Milwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, the account will not accept further bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
